I used to get ulcers all the time! I looked up what causes of them can be and one thing was an ingredient found in a lot of toothpastes and mouthwash, called SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate). I switched to toothpaste and mouthwash that’s SLS-free a few years ago and I haven’t had an ulcer since! I used to get probably one every other month for over a decade

I kept hearing about the "Seattle Freeze", how hard it is to meet people/make friends, and a lot more negative things about the city. But I'm just like you and trie to find the charm in the area. I have no regrets moving.

Mouth ulcers and "fever blisters" are from the herpes virus. They say everyone has it in them, but not everyone has outbreaks. You want to know where the herpes virus came from? COWS MILK! Who hasn't had cows milk in some point of their life?! That's why, "everyone has it, but not everyone has outbreaks." So... what dairy have you been consuming? Cut out dairy, and I promise you they outbreaks will stop, inside your mouth or outside. I speak from personal experience. The ONLY thing that works to treat them is the "Quantum Health L-Lysine" products. I am completely dairy free UNLESS I eat pizza. Then I take 3 of the Lysine pills BEFORE eating and I won't have an outbreak. But I am eating organic frozen pizza from Kroger - the ONLY organic cheese I can eat. The "dirtier" the dairy, more likely you are to breakout. Look up how dairy is full of bacteria and viruses. Not just that, but cheese is moldy. Mold feeds candida/yeast. Our bodies naturally have yeast, but too much dairy, wheat, sugar, starches and mold feeds candida leading to an overgrowth of yeast in the body which can also lead to mouth ulcers. I am 44yrs of age, I learned all of this through my own experimentation, research and person experiences. And it's absolutely NOTHING to be embarrassed about, because "we all have it, not everyone has outbreaks."

Endometriosis is SO common. When a woman is having pain and nothing is showing up on tests, why isn't endometriosis the logical conclusion? This isn't some rare zebra condition. The odds are 1 in 10! My heart goes out to anyone who's been gaslit and dismissed by the medical system. That is malpractice. ❤

I felt at peace today. I have had anxiety worrying about my finances and just realized I just need to have faith everything will work itself out!! Watching your video at the end of today definitely makes me happy! 😊🙃🤩
